Daman Hill Hiking
Daman is situated 80 kilometers south- west of Kathmandu at an altitude of about 2400 meters located on the Tribhuvan Highway (Raj path) in between Kathmandu and the town to Birgunj. For the view of the Breath taking view and magnificence of the world's highest peak Mt. Everest than there is no better place than Daman. There is a view tower fitted with long range telescopes.
Access to Daman: To get there it takes maximum 3 hrs by Care/Minibus from Kathmandu; 3.5 hrs from Chitwan National Park; 7 hrs from Pokhara. However it worth visiting the area after watching the landscape of the Himalayas including world heighest mountain Mt. Everest 8848m. Manaslu Himal, Langtang Lirung, Gaurisankar, Annapurna and many more.
