Sir,

We being desirous of climbing……………meter high ………………….Himalayan peak of the Nepal of in the autumn/ winter/Spring season of the year 200………do hereby apply in accordance with the Tourism act. 2035 and the mountaineering Expedition Regulation, 2036. Upon obtaining the permit for caring out expedition on the peak here in before referred to, We will confine our activities subjects to the limits specified to the general laws of Nepal & the laws relating to mountaineering expedition.
